Perfect location, cosy and calm even though is in the centre of the town (and Prague is REALLY a town that never sleeps!). Completely renewed. Beakfast is good and abundant of everything. Staff nice and kind. A little too kitsch, but it's part of its fashion. We spent there only two days and had not time to experiment all services we read about.

This hotel is one of my favorites not only in Prague but in entire Europe. The atmosphere of the hotel is almost unreal and an invalueable addition to the mystique that Prague as city already offers.

The Rooms are extremely well decorated with romantic design and luxury furniture. There are only 14 rooms in the hotel so you will feel special allready from the beginning of your stay. The Service is hight above average and the kind staff helped me a lot during my last weekend in Prauge.

Location is absolutely fantastic. Just a few blocks away from Charles Bridge. The hotel is located in a calm street and is a great hideaway from the busy tourist walks. Maybe thats why celebrities use to stay here. Nosticova is located right in the middle of Mala Strana, one of Europes most romantic locations.

If you stay here I would also recommend the outdoor restaurant that belongs to the hotel. Very nice and romantic.

We have spent 2 nights in this hotel and just loved it. The room and bathroom were spacious (we were in room 312). We even had a third small room which was a kitchen. The location is very good - 5min walk through small streets to the Karlsbridge. Opposite the hotel, there is a small garden where you can have dinner or drinks. It's perfect to chill out after a day of sightseeing. We also used the spa in the sister hotel (Alchymist Grand Hotel) which is 5min walk. There is a small fitness studio, small pool and sauna. The atmosphere is very relaxing and the staff is very friendly and helpful. We will certainly come back to this hotel again.

My husband and I stayed here for 5 nights and loved it! The location is in a quiet neighborhood yet close enough to walk to many of the city's main attractions (Prague castle, Charles Bridge, Old Town Square, etc.) Staff was friendly, helpful and spoke english. Our room was spacious!, decorated in old world style, with fabric walls, gilded details, chandelier, old paintings, very ornate. One of the best hotels in Europe!

Very beautiful hotel with pleasant staff (especially in the reception) .
Rooms are very big and comfortable, have nice view.
Cleanliness on high level only restaurant in the garden is terrible. We had to wait for our dishes about one hour and for the bill almost half an hour. I wolud like to recomment this hotel but not restaurant in the garden.

Spent a couple of nights at the Alchymist, an experience which added considerably to our enjoyment of this lovely city.

The hotel is housed in an historic old building down a quiet street in Mala Strana. It is an easy walk to the city centre over Charles Bridge. We had one of the two deluxe rooms on the top floor of the building, with views over the rooftops to Prague castle and St Vitus’s cathedral. The room was very well equipped and decorated, with a large bathroom (although no bathtub). Bottled water, bathrobes and slippers were provided.
There was a private sitting room, kitchen and dining area, but these were shared with the other top floor room and we didn’t use them.

Dinner in the restaurant was excellent; a modern, Mediterranean menu, majoring on seafood (a bit odd, considering how far Prague is inland). Alfresco meals and drinks are served in the pleasant garden.

The decor of the entire hotel is astonishing; just on the tasteful side of over the top.

This is an extremely good small hotel, well kept and presented, with an excellent, friendly staff. I recommend it very highly.

This hotel is an absolute gem. The location is perfect: a quiet, charming back street, close to a magical park, and only a few minutes away (on foot) to Charles Bridge, yet removed enough to be silent. The service is impeccable. The food is really good (breakfasts are generous). And the rooms are clean and beautifully decorated. I plan to return to beautiful Prague and would not even consider staying anywhere else.

Prague was my last stop on a five-city tour of eastern Europe and what a way to end an amazing two-week vacation! The hotel is literally just a minute or two walk from the famous Charles Bridge, but tucked away in a neighborhood you would swear was Paris. It literally is the absolute perfect location, very close to a park, the water, great restaurants, everything!!! I loved this hotel! My room, especially the bathroom, was perfect - very spacious and with all the best amenties, the rain shower was perfection.

The staff so warm and very helpful. Breakfast was delicious and the garden restaurant across the street was a wonderful a very zen, peaceful outdoor patio setup. I also visited the spa at the sister hotel five minutes away and it was divine. I booked a three hour package and was extremely pleased with the setting and services. I would return to this hotel in an instant!

    * My ratings for this hotel

This nice, quiet, aesthetic warm boutique hotel is perfectly located in the old part of Prague, just 5 minutes walking distance from the Carole bridge (Castle entrance) and surrounded by an area with nice bars and restaurants. The rooms are big, well painted and heavily decorated but this matches perfectly to how the baroque style Prague looks anyway, so the first kitsch impression becomes a sweet feeling up from the first moment.

Upon my arrival I was offered a step up of the room that I have booked, so I stayed in a wonderful suite at the third floor. Big room, comfortable bed, perfectly clean, large bathroom offering all the comforts possible, what else could I expect? For me it is a lovely 5* boutique hotel for your stay in Prague

The decoration of the alchymist hotel is splendid, a mix of madern and typic barrocco.
The location is ideal because very calm and closed to all of historic monuments by walk. We felt very comfortable
Breakfast is complete, and would be perfect if there were some fresh fruits.
There was a high level of service to suport us in our stay (opera booking...)
